How does crash replacement work?

If you ruin a frame or a carbon rim, I will rebuild the bike onto a new frame or relace the rim for free. You only pay for the material at a discounted price. The labor is on me.

How long does delivery take?

We always keep parts for standard builds in stock, so depending on current workload, it takes about a week. If you want something custom, it might take longer.

Can I test ride a SABRO bike somewhere?

Sure thing, drop me a message or call, and we’ll set something up. I’m happy to take you out for a short ride myself!

What is the origin of SABRO frames?

SABRO frames are manufactured by the Chinese manufacturer ICAN.

What if I live on the other side of the country and need service?

The bike is built using completely standard components, so any bike shop can handle it. If you face a bigger issue, get in touch and we'll sort it out. Either way, I assemble every single bike personally, and workmanship quality is the absolute core of SABRO.

Something doesn't feel right and I need to fine-tune it.

I expect that. Want to try a different stem? No problem. I keep crank lengths from 165 to 175 mm in stock for all sizes. If the frame size doesn't suit you (and isn't damaged), I will rebuild it to the correct size at my expense within 30 days of purchase.

How much does a SABRO weigh?

The RAW setup in size M weighs 9.3 kg without pedals.

Can I get a different color than what's standardly offered?

Sure, but keep in mind that frame delivery takes about 6 weeks. In that case, I require a deposit of 100% of the frameset price.

Will I be surprised by hidden labor or material costs at the end of the build?

The price of the bike excludes pedals. For AXS groupsets, the price includes 1 battery, but a charger is not included since many of you already have one.

In what condition will I receive the bike? Will I have to finish anything at home?

The bike comes ready to ride. Just attach pedals and hit the road. If I ship the bike to you, all you need to do is install the handlebars and insert the front wheel into the fork.
