What is the origin of the components?

The frame, fork, cranks, and seatpost are purchased directly from the manufacturer in China. All SRAM components are purchased in the Czech Republic from the official importer. TUFO tires are manufactured in the Czech Republic.

What about the warranty?

I apply the “no questions asked” principle to parts purchased from manufacturers in China and exchange things piece for piece. SRAM parts are under warranty in the Czech Republic.

Are you a VAT payer?

Yes. The manufacturer of the bike is New Trading SRO and it is a VAT payer. Of course, there is a tax document for the bike.

Can I choose the color?

No frame color. You can, however, choose the logo color.

Are configuration changes possible?

After agreement, basically anything is possible. Double chainring, carbon wheels, Shimano GRX..

How big tires will fit through the frame?

The largest tires that will fit are 45mm.

Can I try the bike somewhere?

Write an email to chci@sabro.bike and we will make arrangements. Of course, the bike must be available in the desired size.
